Yoga is a lifestyle.
It offers you the chance to reconnect with yourself. It gives you the space and time to breathe, process and heal. It slowly starts to influence the way you walk, think, move and breathe.

I believe that yoga is a deeply healing practice.
It aims to still the mind and balance the body, through the intention of breath and mindful movement.
Yoga for me has alleviated a lot of stress and anxiety, whilst initiating a deep sense of healing. This practice woke me up from an autonomous life of habitual patterns and thinking. It birthed my interest in mindfulness, self-awareness, healing and connection to the divine.
Over the past few years, I have completed two 200 hour trainings and a few 50 hour short courses, specializing in vinyasa, yin, bhakti, hatha and meditation. Each training allowed me to broaden my understanding of yoga and pull from different lineages to complement and refine my teaching style.
Our experience on our yoga mat widens our window of tolerance to hold a greater container of awareness for our ourselves and our experiences, both on and off of the mat.
